Real Talk Rebrand

I lead the rebrand of Stix’s digital magazine, Real Talk. The goal of this rebrand was to make Real Talk more of an editorial site than just a place to get answers to health questions. We wanted the design to feel more approachable, real, edgy, and editorial as opposed to the clinical, posed, and cheesy aesthetic that it had before.

For this rebrand, I managed the relationship with a freelance graphic designer to design a new logo, determine new typography, create new icons, and build new Instagram templates.

Overall this rebrand was successful. It culminated in a 21% increase in Real Talk page views and a 37% increase in average page views per session post-launch. We also saw an increase in average external link clicks from Instagram and an increase in click-through rate in emails.
